Carbon Offset Programs We have partnered with Carbonfund.org (www.carbonfund.org) to initiate a carbon offset program that mitigates greenhouse gases generated from shipping your flowers and gifts. Each time you purchase a product from , the amount of carbon emissions from that shipment is offset by rolling funds into the Nicaragua Reforestation Project a project which will sequester more than 150,000 tons of CO2 over a 40 year lifetime through reforesting 340 hectares of abandoned pastureland with native tree species.

Please note:

• UPS does not offer delivery service on Sunday, Monday or major holidays. Please note during peak delivery holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, UPS does not guarantee a delivery time. Normal delivery times vary, but most packages will be delivered no later than 6pm.
• Organic Bouquet has no control over weather related or natural disasters and cannot guarantee a timely delivery in these circumstances.
• A $10 surcharge aplies to all Saturday deliveres.
• If you are shipping flowers or other items to a hospital guest, we recommend contacting the hospital first to verify proper shipping information and days that deliveries are accepted.   
• Currently, orders are only shipped within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
• Some products such as wine, plants and flowers require special handling.
• Signature required upon delivery for shipments over $400.
• Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Perishable Goods Special Handling Note currently ships all perishable items (fresh flowers, fruits, topiaries, chocolates, etc) via UPS Next Day service to ensure optimal quality and freshness upon delivery. Shipments are packed within 24 hours of your requested delivery date to the destination of your choice.

We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package may be left at the door. is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

State Restriction Notes

• We do not offer Saturday delivery in California due to inspection restrictions in that state.
• Due to state law, Eucalyptus cannot be shipped to Hawaii.
• Due to agricultural restrictions, Orchids cannot be shipped to New Mexico or Arizona.
• Due to state law, some states don't allow shipment of alcohol. See Gift with Wine below.

Gifts with Wine
Due to interstate shipping laws concerning alcohol, is able to ship gifts with wine only to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age, with proof of age. Wine shipments cannot be left without a signature.
